if you miss chocolate

quick note - artisan cacao bliss will save you!
ok, it's crazy pricey (i think about 9$ for 8oz jar) , but spread on an apple slice w/ peanut/almond butter, sprinkled w/ cacao nibs --it's not as outright sweet as regular chocolate, but smoother, a deeper chocolate mouthfeel.
it's sweetened w/ agave-not sure how cleanse friendly this is, b/c the point is to do away w/ all sweet stuff right?
but this is quite fine for a quick fix.

  1. Yes I love the Artisana everything and am using the cleanse to indulge in as many Artisana butters as I can buy with my meager pay as a juror. After I pay for parking that leaves enough $$ for maybe a half jar! And if you're going to have agave at least you can rest assured that Artisana would only use the least processed raw agave.

  2. They usually sell Cacao Bliss at Rainbow Grocery, probably some Whole Foods. All Artisana butters and blends like Cacao Bliss and I think they have one called Goji Bliss are AMAZING and expensive! The cleanse is a good excuse to indulge. I have 3 jars of different Aritisana nut butters in my fridge right now. They keep me happy.
